Alexis Stickley is the Technical Director for PETRA Modular. He has over 20 years’ experience within the construction industry, having worked as a site manager, project coordinator and Building Control professional.

Alexis developed the MMC system approval process for one of UK’s leading structural warranty providers, assessing every stage of the process from design, through manufacturing and quality control processes, to site delivery and installation. As Technical Director with PETRA Modular, Alexis provides the technical lead in design, materials and systems for off-site modular construction, to effectively deliver innovative regulatory compliant designs.

Alexis is responsible for ensuring that the Company’s products and services all meet the exacting standards of the BOPAS accreditation scheme. He also provides the technical lead for ongoing UK projects and is responsible for securing positive Building Control and structural warranty sign-offs. Alexis is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers and specialises in working with and assessing innovative products and systems for use in the construction industry.
