Aeroasia is an ASEAN-based aviation company with a strategic vision to focus on Borneo Island via Brunei Darussalam and Sabah (Malaysia) as an aviation hub for Southeast Asia. The company has established key strategic partnerships to develop a final assembly line for both helicopters and passenger aircraft, tailored specifically to meet the demands of the ASEAN market.

Aeroasia plans to establish a comprehensive aviation training academy to develop skilled human capital, providing training for pilots, aircraft technicians, and aviation support personnel. Additionally, the company will focus on Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) services. Aeroasia will also establish an airline that will develop air connectivity across the Brunei Darussalam–Indonesia–Malaysia–Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA) region. Looking ahead, the company also plans to establish a drone technology centre, supporting innovation and future aviation capabilities.
