PETRA Music is making a bold step into the world of audio-visual entertainment content creation, by being innovative while retaining the essence and beauty of music composition.

While music composition plays a major part, PETRA Music was formed to also complement the needs of the other members of the PETRA Group by curating signature tunes, incidental and background music, recording voice talents, sourcing of actors, singers, voice-overs and to create sound effects and sound design for corporate videos, branding, sales and marketing projects or assignments.

PETRA Music is led by award-winning veteran Malaysian music legend Michael Veerapen who wears many hats – composer, producer, record studio head and music teacher, among others. PETRA Music, under the guidance of Michael, hopes to also use music and entertainment as a tool to achieve positive engagement with people from all walks of life and spread positivity through various community outreach programmes.
