KUALA LUMPUR, 24 February 2021: The PETRA Group announced the appointment of General (R) Tan Sri Raja Mohamed Affandi Raja Mohamed Noor as Chairman of PETRA Diversified Systems and Technologies effective immediately.

General Tan Sri Raja Mohamed Affandi, who hails from Terengganu and served in Malaysia’s Defence Forces for 43 years, is the former Armed Forces chief.

With his vast experience in the military and administration, he was then promoted to the 19th Chief of Defence Forces on 16 December 2016. General Tan Sri Raja Mohamed Affandi retired from the Defence Forces in 2018.

He has a Master’s in Defence Studies from the University of New South Wales and Master’s of Science in Defence and Strategic Studies from Quaid-i-Azam University, Pakistan.
